A terrace in the city

Last week I was invited to a cocktail party at a friends house.  There were lots of yummy snacks and refreshing drinks.  She had the party indoors and also outdoors.  She is lucky enough to have a lovely terrace in her NYC apartment.  Oh my, would I like to have a home with a terrace? No, I would LOVE to!!!!  It doesn't have to be big, just a little space to put a small table with chairs or a sofa would be just perfect.... Ahh, let's dream!

What would I do if I had a terrace?  I would get up early on the weekends, prepare a yummy breakfast and would have my family morning weekends outdoors!  I would do that and so much more!  For now, let's keep dreaming on it, some day! :)

My Week...

This little things made my week a really good one!

I went to the airport to pick up my cousin's daughter who's staying with us for a week. I love the feeling of the airport, going to new places, hopefully traveling for fun... Love it!

I recently discovered this coffee shop in my neighborhood and I loved it!

Playing hairdresser with my daughter, we both had lots of fun!!

Doors of New York... This beautiful doors at West Village look much better in person (I took the pictures with my phone).  I wish I took more pictures but felt awkward, I thought the home owner would open the door on his way out any minute!

Outdoors

It's so hot now in NYC that I would love to have a picnic every day! I guess we'll have to wait until the weekend :)

For those of you who are on vacation and free to eat outdoors on the park here are some nice picnics ideas!
