Thanksgiving tables

Hello everyone! Hope you're doing great!  I'm late with this week's post, you probably saw where I was on Wednesday on Instagram (I'll tell you all about that soon). 

I've always loved how people get so creative arranging their table for the holidays.  That is something that I just loooove! And even though we won't host a formal dinner for Thanskgiving I will probably still set the table nicer during that week, you know to get in the mood of Holidays. I'll be using these pumpkins my daughter and I made for hollowing.

Nate…

Hello everyone! Hope you all having a great week so far!  

This past weekend I went to my local Target store and I found a GREAT selection of Nate Berkus items.  He is just sooo good (in every way :)  His designs are so perfect and never disappoints. I really wanted to see in person this faux fur stool but they didn't have it.  Everything else I saw I wanted to take home. I had to make a huge effort to control myself and not make my bank account explode.  I ended up being reasonable and come home, see what I really need and make a final decision of my purchase.  To be honest with you I don't exactly need anything, but wanting is enough reason, wouldn't you agree? Kitchen Open Shelves

Hello everyone! Hope you all are having a great week!

I've seen a lot of kitchen open shelves lately. Around the web, at clients homes, magazines, etc.  Although it requires some work to maintain like dusting very often otherwise it gets sticky and also keep it simple and clutter free otherwise it a total mess! I have to say I'm loving the trend.  It looks really pretty and gives sophistication to a kitchen.  I will definitely consider this option when I have my own house (sigh!). Copper lamps

A few months ago I saw the picture below and fell in love with the lighting!

I can't get enough of round copper lamps and want them now!!!

A terrace in the city

Last week I was invited to a cocktail party at a friends house.  There were lots of yummy snacks and refreshing drinks.  She had the party indoors and also outdoors.  She is lucky enough to have a lovely terrace in her NYC apartment.  Oh my, would I like to have a home with a terrace? No, I would LOVE to!!!!  It doesn't have to be big, just a little space to put a small table with chairs or a sofa would be just perfect.... Ahh, let's dream!

What would I do if I had a terrace?  I would get up early on the weekends, prepare a yummy breakfast and would have my family morning weekends outdoors!  I would do that and so much more!  For now, let's keep dreaming on it, some day! :)

Fashion meets home {Coral}

I love coral, it's not orange, it's not pink, it's not exactly a mix of both.  It reminds me a yummy sorbet on a hot summer day.  It is a great color on clothes but it also looks great in our homes!  Don't you think?
