Dulce...

Hello everyone!  Hope you all had a great weekend!
My daughter and I made this yummy and very-easy-to-bake cookies.  They turned out great and we had so much fun!!

What you need (only five ingredients!)
- 1 1/2 cup of flour
- 1/2 t spoon of baking powder
- 4 yolks
- 1 spoon of cognac (optional, I did mine without it)
- Dulce de leche

Note:  You can find dulce de leche at any Argentinian or Chilean bakery.  For you New York ladies, you can find it at Fairway.

Mix flour and baking powder, add yolks one by one and the cognac.  Mix until is firm and dry.  If it is too dry you can add a little water.  Roll the dough with a roller spin until is very thin and cut the circles (or any other shape).  Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 350º.

Put two of them together with dulce de leche and voila!

And here our delicious cookies!

Oh so good :)
